Responsibilities

• Manage shop drawings, design development, and technical submissions for fit-out works.
• Review drawings for coordination and constructability.
• Lead design coordination meetings to resolve technical clashes.
• Oversee preparation of shop drawings and material submittals.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to avoid delays.
• Identify construction risks early and recommend mitigation measures.
