Responsibilities (Includes Tasks and Authorities):
- Implementing Microsoft Technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange On-Prem, Office 365, and Hyper-V Windows (DNS / RADIUS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience is essential; recent use of technologies within the last one to two years.
- Deploying and troubleshooting Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Managing Exchange On-Prem and Office 365 migration projects.
- Managing Office 365 components: Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, O365 Security, and Tenant-to-Tenant Migration.
- Configuring and managing ADFS environment.
- Setting up and managing Azure AD Connect server.
- Managing Entra ID and conditional access policies, as well as Windows Hello for Business.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Terminal Servers (RDS), Windows Clustering.
- Extensive experience with SCCM 2012 / versions 1802, 1806, 1810, 1902, and Intune Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Experience with AAD / Intune Centralized Application Management deployment and support.
- Upgrading Windows servers from legacy to the latest versions.
- Deploying and testing Windows SCCM patches and security baselines.
- Developing project documentation, updating internal documentation, and managing configuration items.
- Proactively resolving support requests escalated from the service delivery team.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Serving as a Technical SME for the listed technologies.
- Handling critical customer incidents and breakdowns, troubleshooting within agreed service levels.
- Executing health check services and closing them along with the team for AMC customers.
Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert
- MCSE/MCP
Technical Skills / Competencies:
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365, Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Windows Server infrastructure, Enterprise Vault Email Archival, File Server, and Hyper-V.
- Office 365 Level 3 expertise.
