Job summary

A leading project management consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact Oil & Gas projects across Europe and North Africa. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on PMC roles. Responsibilities include sourcing high-caliber candidates, managing recruitment processes, and contributing to strategic innovations in talent acquisition. This position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities to collaborate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience.
  • At least 5 years in Oil & Gas or engineering consultancy.
  • Experience in PMC recruitment with multi-country exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for oil & gas project roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs.
  • Source candidates using targeted strategies.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against project-specific criteria.
  • Manage competitive offer negotiation and closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
  • Partner with visa/mobilization teams for onboarding.
  • Contribute to process improvement in talent acquisition.
  • Mentor junior recruitment team members.
