Qualifications

• 12 years minimum related experience.
• Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages.
• Experience in large civil/structural and/or industrial projects.
• Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) or equivalent.
• Experience with Estidama Projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the project adheres to the Pearl Building Rating System.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices.
• Prepare and submit documentation for Estidama certification.
• Conduct energy modeling and water efficiency calculations.
• Oversee the implementation of sustainability measures.
