The Senior Specialist - Business Analysis for the Consumer Packaging Business will play a key role in analyzing and improving business processes across Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, and Route-to-Market execution - including Van-Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Merchandising, and Route Optimization
As the business expands its scale of operations, product portfolio, and distribution footprint across multiple markets, this role will support digital transformation initiatives by translating business requirements into system solutions, improving end-to-end processes, and enabling seamless integration between planning, production, warehousing, and field execution activities. The incumbent will support the implementation and optimisation of ERP – D365 F&O, Advanced Warehouse Management Solution, Van-Sales solutions, Merchandising applications, Field Service tools, and mobile-enabled route planning platforms
Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Plant Operations, and IT teams, this role will ensure technology initiatives enhance operational efficiency, customer service levels, sales execution capability, and data-driven decision‑making - while supporting accurate inventory visibility, optimal route productivity, trade execution excellence, and real‑time performance monitoring across the distribution network
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in business process analysis within FMCG/Consumer Packaging environments, with proven capability in requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT execution, master data support, and change enablement to drive successful digital adoption and continuous improvement in route‑to‑market operations.
