Job Title : Senior Service Engineer - Office Products (MPS)

Location : Abu Dhabi

Industry : Office Equipment / Managed Print Services

Driving License : Valid UAE driving license required

Salary : AED 7,000-7,500 per month.

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-oriented 1st Level Support Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reliably and efficiently respond to and resolve first-level production support calls and installation tasks. This position requires experience in print shop environments and large-scale production printing equipment.

The role also involves attending to service requests, managing escalations, installations, and planning preventive maintenance using CSRC remote monitoring tools. The selected candidate will work closely with the Field Support Team to ensure seamless technical support and high levels of client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. Fully attested degree required (home country + UAE).
• Ability to use a multi-meter for electrical troubleshooting and interpret electrical schematics.
• Solid understanding of computer systems, networking, color theory, and related software applications.
• Prior hands-on experience with Konica Minolta production printers and office equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong customer-facing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a logical, methodical approach.
• Physically active role requiring walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for more than 50% of the day.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and technical support to clients in line with SLA agreements, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Handle technical diagnostics, troubleshooting, software loads, installations, and retrofits on production print devices.
• Perform comprehensive maintenance activities on assigned equipment, including the use of remote resolution software tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all service needs, AR, and supply inventories.
• Support colleagues by sharing technical knowledge, best practices, and adhering to internal repair policies and procedures.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules proactively via remote monitoring tools (CSRC).
