Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, technically competent Sales Engineer with a proven track record in submersible pumps and wastewater treatment solutions. This is a front‑line, revenue‑driven role for professionals who can take ownership of key accounts, influence technical decisions, and close business in industrial and municipal markets across the UAE and KSA.

You will act as a technical authority and commercial lead, managing opportunities from early‑stage inquiry through order placement, commissioning, and long‑term customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical and commercial discussions with consultants, contractors, utilities, and industrial clients.
  • Analyze customer applications and define optimized pump and wastewater treatment solutions.
  • Take ownership of RFQs, technical submittals, compliance reviews, and commercial proposals.
  • Deliver high‑impact technical presentations, site assessments, and solution workshops.
  • Drive projects from specification stage through order confirmation and after‑sales support.
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic customer accounts with a long‑term, results‑oriented approach.
  • Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure execution accuracy.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support when required.
  • Travel extensively within the UAE and KSA to support business development and key accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Marketing and Business Development Engineer.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales or application engineering of submersible pumps and wastewater treatment equipment.
  • Strong technical expertise in pumps, fluid handling, sludge treatment, mixers, mechanical screens, grit removal, and related systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to win projects, influence specifications, and close deals.
  • Experience dealing directly with consultants, EPC contractors, utilities, and industrial end users.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially sharp, technically confident, and self‑driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
