As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer or an experienced Sales Executive with deep industry knowledge and a strong sales track record to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of hydraulic systems, components, and solutions to existing and new clients.
• Identify new business opportunities in targeted industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients during the sales process.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of proven sales experience in hydraulic engineering field.
• Technical background or education in mechanical/hydraulic engineering is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
