  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established and diversified group of companies in the UAE looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Engineer (Pumps) to drive sales and provide technical expertise in the pumps sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplying pumps for residential/commercial buildings, district cooling systems, and data centers, with a deep understanding of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote pump solutions in the residential, commercial, district cooling, and data center sectors.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Provide technical consultations and recommend suitable pump solutions based on project requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Dubai and Northern Emirates markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, after-sales) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) or 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 5+ years of UAE experience in pump sales for residential/commercial buildings, district cooling, or data centers.
  • Experience in the Dubai and Northern Emirates market preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Strong technical knowledge of pumps and related systems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
