• We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sales Landscape Architect with a strong background in ுந்த\xe- residential landscaping. This role combines expertlevel design skills with a proven ability to engage clients and close sales.

Requirements

Degree in Landscape Architecture Horticulture or related field.

• 23 years of experience in residential landscape design and project sales.
• Demonstrated ability to design and sell highvalue residential landscaping projects
• Strong portfolio featuring custom residential landscapes (e.g. outdoor living spaces, pools, gardens: hardscaping).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or similar.

Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting. Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
