Overview

You will operate in a business facing, “helicopter” role, overseeing and prioritising initiatives across CRM, loyalty, customer data, BI, and store systems. The position is not hands on technically, but requires a strong systems background and the confidence to manage senior stakeholders, challenge priorities, and ensure delivery through internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary interface between retail business teams and IT.
  • Own prioritisation across CRM, loyalty, BI, and customer systems initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, deliverable workstreams.
  • Oversee execution through internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure initiatives are sequenced realistically and followed through.
  • Support change management and adoption across retail platforms.
