Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to HNW clients and develop close relationships.
• Enhance sales/revenues and promote cross-selling of bank products.
• Source new business from HNW clients through referrals and marketing.
• Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank.
• Achieve financial goals set for the role with existing and new clients.

Job description

• To provide Portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank and retain their royalty and respect.

• Enhance Mashreq Gold Balance sheet sales/ revenues and promote cross selling of bank products to all existing clients.

• Source new business from HNW Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.

• Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank.

• Reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual and monthly financial targets, including x-sell and up-sell of products to customers, to existing and new to bank customers.
