Job summary

A leading real estate company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking talented individuals for the roles of Associate, Relationship Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager. The role involves driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of real estate, excellent communication skills, and relevant experience in sales. This position offers an opportunity for growth and international exposure within a dynamic industry.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sales/customer service experience for Associate RM, preferably in real estate.
  • 5–7 years in real estate sales for Relationship Manager, with proven track record.
  • 8–12 years of sales experience for Senior RM, including international experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert incoming leads into successful transactions.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in line with company policies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reports.
  • Ensure all sales documentation and CRM entries are accurate.
  • Generate a strong sales pipeline through networking.
  • Conduct market surveys and provide insights.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies.
