Qualifications

• 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate development or construction.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Track and control project costs including land acquisition and construction.
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and internal financial controls.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with auditors and share reports securely through SharePoint.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate across teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
