Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks: maintaining the organization charts coordinating recruitment activities organizing Crew meetings and Team events maintain and update employee registers schedule meetings drafting memos/communications greet and assist visitors/new employees warmly etc
  • Project coordination tasks: prepare department weekly/monthly reports develop and update Policy/Plans/Procedures/Forms/Process Maps prepare presentations analyze data and prepare associated reports take minutes of meetings and monitor tasks progress as well as projects progress etc.
  • The candidate shall handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
  • Good command of Excel
  • Proficient with Powerpoint.
