Job summary

A global recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee Quality Assurance and Food Safety systems at their production facility in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in FMCG or high-risk food manufacturing, with strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. You will lead the QA team, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in QA/QC within FMCG or high-risk food manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a QA Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and ISO/FSSC 22000.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and international standards.
