Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in civil, structural, building, and pipeline construction quality control.
• At least 5 years in a Senior QC Engineer role within EPCM or EPC project environments.
• Experience on oil & gas, industrial, infrastructure, or large building projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement all Quality Control activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with EPCM engineering teams and construction contractors to ensure quality objectives.
• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan for construction works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and surveillance of construction activities.
• Review and approve contractor Inspection & Test Plans and quality procedures.

Skills

Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and pipeline construction standards and practices

Thorough understanding of EPCM construction execution and contractor management

Excellent inspection, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities

Proficiency in quality documentation, reporting, and record control systems

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
