Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Analog’s most impactful product initiatives. In this senior role, you will operate like an Executive Producer — partnering with customers, understanding their needs, and then orchestrating engineering, design, AI research, and robotics delivery teams to ensure alignment, quality, and timely execution of flagship solutions for them.

You will be the connective tissue across domains, translating complex technology into clear strategies and ensuring Analog’s solutions meet the highest bar for innovation, usability, and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Vision: Define and drive long-term product strategy for Analog’s flagship platforms (Digital Twin, Command & Control Center, and Robotics).
• Drive execution: Orchestrate end-to-end production process, ensuring cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, AI research, robotics partners, and business stakeholders.
• Translate Strategy into Action: Create and own product roadmaps, feature definitions, and delivery priorities that balance customer needs with technical feasibility.
• Customer-Centric Execution: Partner directly with government, enterprise, and strategic customers to translate their mission outcomes into product decisions.
• Drive Data-Driven Outcomes: Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and refine through iterative releases and real-world feedback.
• Mentor and Elevate: Support and coach PMs across Analog, building a culture of strong customer obsession, strategic product thinking, and delivery excellence through cross team alignment.
• Ensure Delivery Excellence: Navigate ambiguity, resolve dependencies, and maintain clear communication at executive and working levels alike.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8-10 years in product management or adjacent roles, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology products. Background in AI, robotics, simulation, or enterprise platforms is strongly preferred.
• Technical Fluency: Comfort working with advanced technologies (AI/ML, real-time data systems, spatial computing, robotics), able to translate complexity into clarity.
• Leadership without Authority: Demonstrated ability to align diverse teams, influence stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple domains.
• Strategic & Tactical Balance: Ability to set high-level vision while also diving into details to ensure flawless execution.
• Customer Orientation: Deep empathy for customer missions — from government agencies to enterprise operators — with experience translating requirements into impactful solutions.
