Role Purpose

As a Senior Product Designer you will play a key role in elevating the visual and interactive quality of our products. Your work will bring clarity and delight to our users by crafting elegant UI interaction flows and motion design that enhance every touchpoint across the digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design world‑class user interfaces that balance usability accessibility and bold brand expression.
• Elevate the visual language of our products through consistent use of typography color grid and layout systems.
• Craft intuitive interaction patterns and polished micro‑interactions that enhance user delight and product clarity.
• Partner closely with UX designers product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life from concept through launch.
• Translate complex user needs and business goals into clear elegant design solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure coherence and scalability across our platform.
• Prototype test and iterate designs using data and user feedback to guide decisions.
• Communicate design rationale and present work effectively to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• (Bonus) Use motion tools like After Effects Rive or Lottie to add thoughtful motion and interaction depth to the product experience.

Qualifications & Attributes

Education

• A degree in Product Design Visual Communication Human‑Computer Interaction or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Proven experience designing UI visual systems and interaction patterns for digital productsideally within fast‑paced tech environments.

Technical Skills

Must‑haves

• Expertise in interface design tools like Figma Sketch or similar.
• Strong command of visual hierarchy layout color theory and responsive design principles.
• Ability to prototype and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions.

Nice‑to‑haves

• Motion design and interaction prototyping with tools like After Effects Rive Principle or Lottie.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems at scale.
