Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's/Engineering degree.
• Relevant years of oil & gas experience and GCC experience.
• Experience within FEED & EPC.
• Experience in PMC role and offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMC Engineering group and oversee engineering during project phases.
• Ensure personnel competence according to PMC Contract scope.
• Develop and implement engineering processes and systems.
• Conduct design reviews focused on safety and operability.
• Oversee approval of engineering designs as per contract.
• Facilitate interfaces between various project disciplines.
