About the role

Contract: 9 Months
Location: Onsite in Dubai
Adecco is hiring a Senior Performance and Rewards Manager for our prestigious client in Dubai. Implement and manage Performance and Reward policies, programs, and practices relevant to the client. Develop recommendations to support business units needs in hiring, retaining and engaging employees. Act as a subject‑matter expert in all aspects of Performance and Reward including Performance Management, Fixed and Variable Pay, Incentive Schemes, Job Reviews and Benchmarking.

What you’ll be doing
  • Be the subject‑matter expert and first point of contact for HR and business stakeholders on complex Performance Management and Reward matters.
  • Provide direction and policy interpretation to management staff regarding compensation philosophy and practices to ensure that policies are consistently applied.
  • Implement and manage compensation structures including Fixed and Variable Pay, Incentive Schemes, Job Reviews and Benchmarking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the performance management, compensation and benefit processes for the relevant Business Units and advise stakeholders on performance management, compensation and benefit matters.
  • Proactively identify potential high‑risk retention/attraction areas in relevant Business Units and provide recommendations in line with client compensation philosophy.
  • Manage ad‑hoc projects involving wider HR and business stakeholders.
  • Assess the external landscape and engage with peers in the industry to understand competitor, business and regulatory trends that inform the short‑ and long‑term roadmap of compensation priorities for the relevant Business Units.
  • Manage the Performance and Reward year‑end process for the relevant Business Units.
