The Senior Officer, HR Data & Analytics, will play a key role in driving People Analytics and Workforce Planning agenda. The role is responsible for managing the integrity, automation, and visualization of HR data across multiple systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, and SharePoint). This position will support data-driven decision-making by delivering advanced analytics, workforce simulations, and insights that enhance organizational effectiveness, budgeting accuracy, and leadership visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of recurring HR dashboards (Recruitment, Performance, Payroll, and Engagement).
- Own end-to-end data management — collection, validation, transformation, and visualization — across HR systems.
- Develop predictive insights aligned with strategic workforce objectives.
- Generate monthly and quarterly executive reports for senior management and group holding.
- Design and maintain complex data models in Power BI with advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
- Establish automated data refreshes, dataflows, and connections between HR systems (Oracle, SuccessFactors, SharePoint).
- Build interactive dashboards with benchmarking capabilities.
- Ensure governance, consistency, and security of all Power BI datasets and published reports.
- Support end-to-end manpower planning, forecasting, and cost simulations.
- Prepare executive-level reports summarizing workforce trends, cost drivers, and headcount evolution.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across HR reporting cycles.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate, Power Query, and advanced Excel functions.
- Support ongoing HR digital transformation projects including SharePoint, dashboard integration, and data governance framework.
- Partner with HR functional lead to design performance metrics and KPIs relevant to their operations.
- Maintain strong data governance practices and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and insights to support business decisions and leadership reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or business intelligence roles.
- Certification in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Data Science is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling, Visualization).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot, Macros, INDEX-MATCH, Forecasting Models).
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, and SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and workforce planning logic.
- Ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on process efficiency and data integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness in reporting.
