About the Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of AC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installation services as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and installations.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient solutions and maintain a high level of service quality.
• Travel between locations as required for service tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AC, electrical, and plumbing work (certifications are a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in both reading and writing English for documentation and communication.
