The ideal candidate will implement strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 15 years of experience in commercial management of MEP works needed.
• MRICS or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance to ensure targets are met.
• Provide commercial support to the project team and resolve contractual disputes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
