Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a QA/QC Engineer specialized in Mechanical works within Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, particularly with ADNOC clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Project Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to international standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/QC for Mechanical works in Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, AWS).
• Experience working with ADNOC or major Oil & Gas clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001.
• Review and approve Mechanical Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Conduct inspections for mechanical works including piping, pressure vessels, and welding activities.
