Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Preferred five years of experience in GCC region.
• Experience in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Offshore experience required, ADNOC experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed work descriptions from scope and specifications.
• Ensure timely completion of construction work pack preparation.
• Provide assistance to offshore teams during execution phases.
• Monitor productivity, cost, and safety in construction.
• Mentor junior engineers on technical issues.
