A leading utility and infrastructure developer in the UAE is seeking a Mechanical/Piping Engineer for a greenfield CCGT project near Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in similar projects. Candidates with a Professional Engineer license will be preferred. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience as a Piping Mechanical Engineer in Power (CCGT) or EPC projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of piping engineering practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage piping systems in energy and water projects.
• Supervise piping fabrication and erection activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor construction quality and safety practices.
• Prepare weekly progress reports highlighting risks and achievements.
