The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 8–10 years of relevant experience and hands-on skills in Revit MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines. This role involves leading BIM modelling, developing automated outputs, and ensuring compliance with standards, aiming for collaborative and model-based workflows.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in the construction industry with proven BIM implementation exposure.
• Strong mechanical background with hands-on BIM modelling experience across Revit MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines.
• Strong understanding of digital workflows and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leading BIM modelling and coordination for Revit MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines.
• Developing BIM content libraries and automated data outputs.
