Our clientis a leading real estate development company in Dubai, known for delivering innovative and high-quality projects. They are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager who can think strategically and drive their marketing efforts to new heights.

Role Overview:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the full spectrum of marketing functions. You will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the 360-degree marketing function, including internal marketing, social media marketing, and maintaining a strong social presence.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, essentialy in the real estate industry is a must.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
