Job description

We are developing a range of products in a fast-growing and highly competitive industry and are looking for an experienced Senior Market Researcher to independently design and lead the full cycle of research projects. We need a professional who doesnt require constant supervision has deep expertise in research methodologies and can transform data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and recommend the most suitable research methodologies and techniques based on business objectives.
  • Design and execute both exploratory and evaluative research to support product and business development from inception to delivery.
  • Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative primary research (e.g. surveys in-depth interviews).
  • Perform desk research on competitors and secondary data sources including market data consumer trends competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources into coherent insightful reports.
  • Conduct research across multiple countries adapting methods to different contexts.
  • Apply statistical analysis to validate findings and ensure methodological rigor.
  • Present findings in a way that goes beyond numbersdelivering clear actionable conclusions and recommendations.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously breaking down large initiatives into clear tasks and deliverables; take full ownership for efficiency accountability and impact.
Requirements
  • 5 years of hands‑on experience in primary research including:
    • Quantitative methods: sampling survey design data collection and analysis.
    • Qualitative methods: designing and conducting in-depth interviews and other qualitative techniques.
  • Proficiency with DIY research tools: survey/recruiting platforms and statistical analysis tools.
  • Experience using AI/GenAI tools in market and consumer research.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑country research projects.
  • Strong ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple sources into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Highly self‑driven and proactive: able to move forward independently without detailed instructions in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
  • Languages: Russian (fluent) English C1 (required). Other languages are a strong plus.
  • Fintech/crypto industry background is a strong plus.
  • Degree in social sciences behavioural studies or a related field is a plus.
