You will lead the exploration and launch of new brands, partnerships, and incubation opportunities, driving innovation and growth both in the UAE and internationally. What You Will Do

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business and brand incubation ideas across various automotive segments and markets
• Collaborate with department heads and brand leaders to prioritize and formulate strategic project roadmaps
• Evaluate market potential, prepare business cases, and secure project approvals
• Lead agile processes to accelerate project development from ideation to execution
• Manage project budgets and implement dashboards to track progress
• Guide internal and external experts to deliver innovative solutions
• Ensure compliance with company processes, contractual terms, and budget monitoring

Required Skills to Be Successful

• A university degree in Business or Finance; an MBA is preferred
• Over 10 years’ experience in strategy consulting, new business, and product/service development within the automotive industry
• Proven ability to build and launch disruptive products/services and establish product-market fit
• Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and emerging mobility trends
