Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Human Resources to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and driving strategic HR initiatives. The candidate must have prior experience working in multinational organizations and a proven track record of managing diverse teams and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee organizational development, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain company policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
  • Identify and develop talent pipelines for key leadership roles.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.
Qualifications and Experience
