Job Purpose :

Lead enterprise-wide AI, data, and BI initiatives. Drive data governance, advanced analytics, and AI / ML solutions to support strategic decision-making. Oversee data quality, predictive modeling, and BI platforms aligned with digital transformation goals.

Job Responsibilities :

• Align AI / data strategy with business goals.
• Lead AI / BI roadmap execution and CoE.
• Develop impactful AI / ML use cases and models.
• Manage data pipelines, model deployment, and real-time analytics.
• Drive self-service BI and data democratization.
• Ensure scalability, security, and ROI tracking.
• Establish data / AI governance and ethical AI practices.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Lead and mentor data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business value.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
