Middle East and Riyadh | International Law Firms

Several leading international law firms are seeking to appoint Senior Corporate M&A Lawyers to join their growing practices across the Middle East and Riyadh – specifically Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the ME.

These roles sit within highly regarded corporate teams advising on complex, high-value transactions across the region and internationally, with a strong emphasis on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.

The role

Successful candidates will advise a sophisticated client base, including sovereign wealth funds, private equity houses, multinational corporates, and regional investment vehicles. The work will include:

  • Advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions
  • Structuring and negotiating joint ventures and strategic investments
  • Acting on private equity transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio company matters
  • Advising on inbound and outbound investments across the Middle East
  • Working closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, regulatory, and international offices

These roles offer significant client exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the firms’ Middle East practices.

Candidate profile
  • UK or common law qualified lawyer
  • Senior associate level with strong post-qualification experience
  • Trained and practising at a top-tier international or Magic Circle law firm
  • Demonstrable experience in Corporate M&A, with a focus on joint ventures, M&A, and private equity
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial skills
  • Middle East or UAE experience is desirable but not essential
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not required
