Job summary

A landscaping services company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Landscaping Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations in agriculture and landscaping. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Landscape Engineering, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the UAE. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in landscaping or agricultural operations (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest control.
• Familiarity with UAE climate and seasonal planting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily agricultural and landscaping activities at assigned sites.
• Monitor and manage irrigation systems (manual & automatic).
• Plan and implement seasonal flower and plant replacements.
• Guide and supervise gardeners, technicians, and landscaping workers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe working practices.
