Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HSE Inspector to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of overall experience, including 5 years in the UAE, along with a NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification. This role is critical for monitoring site activities, conducting inspections, and coordinating safety measures. Candidates must be able to join immediately and currently reside in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience as an HSE Inspector.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Proven consultant-side experience on construction projects.
• Residential building project experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect site activities for compliance.
• Enforce HSE policies in line with requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions; issue corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation of method statements and permit-to-work systems.
• Monitor compliance related to PPE usage and excavation works.
• Report incidents and assist in investigations.
• Coordinate with contractors to maintain safety.
• Maintain HSE records and inspection reports.
• Support HSE meetings and safety awareness programs.
