A leading hospitality group in the UAE is seeking a Senior Manager - HRBP to lead and manage people operations, ensuring compliance with workplace regulations and enhancing employee relations. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, induction, onboarding, and rewards management.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of people operations.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and internal policies.
  • Resolve employee grievances and conduct issues fairly and consistently.
  • Oversee induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
