The role involves full-cycle recruitment, ensuring compliance with UAE labor law, and supporting staff development initiatives. Job description

GTECH Information Technology and PurpleRock are two growing companies under a single leadership, focusing on digital and infrastructure services respectively. With a combined team of 40+ and a footprint across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, we are now seeking a strong HR professional to streamline and elevate our people operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across both companies (tech, admin, field staff)
  • Write compelling JDs, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, schedule final rounds
  • Manage hiring pipelines via Zoho People/Workable
  • Lead onboarding for new hires – contracts, documentation, orientation, and setup
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records in Zoho People
  • Prepare offer letters, experience letters, Salary letters, etc.
  • Issue payslips via Zoho Payroll and coordinate with Accounts for final settlements
  • Monitor attendance, leave policies, and ensure HR compliance with UAE labor law
Employee Engagement & Development
  • Support creation and tracking of employee goals and KPIs
  • Collect regular feedback from staff and elevate issues proactively
  • Coordinate soft skill training sessions and internal knowledge sharing
  • Support internal surveys and HR audits as needed
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs
Exit Management
  • Handle resignations, offboarding process, and exit interviews
  • Collect and document feedback, ensure timely revocation of system access
  • Track post-exit documentation and visa/work permit follow-up if needed
