A leading facilities management company is seeking a professional to maintain a clean and safe office environment, oversee vendor services, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Responsibilities include managing procurement, negotiating service agreements, and assisting in strategic policy development. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a Master's degree (MBA) preferred. This role is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Maintain clean safe and well-functioning office environments and buildings. Coordinate repairs upkeep cleaning security catering and maintenance services
Oversee procurement of office supplies and vendor services handling purchase orders invoicing and contract renewals
Negotiate monitor and manage service agreements (e.g. cleaning catering utilities) ensuring compliance with policy and budget
Conduct regular evaluations and inspections of vendors and services (e.g. catering quality building maintenance)
Ensure health safety environmental and security protocols are followed; maintain fire and safety systems
Manage utilities payments lease agreements insurance permits and building compliance
Assist in developing service-related policies procedures and KPIs aligned with organizational strategy
Analyse service delivery asset utilization and cost data to optimize performance and cost
