Qualifications

• Min 5 years of proven experience in fleet management, transport operations, or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of vehicle procurement, maintenance, and hire management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and transport assets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Directors’ personal fleet and Group transport requirements.
• Monitor procurement, sale, servicing, and lifecycle management of all vehicles.
• Supervise internal and external hire vehicles, company-owned vehicles, and Directors’ personal fleet.
• Ensure optimal utilization and availability of vehicles in line with operational needs.
• Monitor transport-related expenses and implement feasible cost-control measures.
• Ensure adherence to approved budgets while identifying opportunities for revenue optimization.
• Exercise overall supervision and operational control of end-to-end transport activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers for smooth transport operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
