Job summary

A leading financial services company in Dubai is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial consolidation and reporting activities. In this role, you will prepare consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS, assist in budget preparation, and conduct financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a degree in Finance or Accounting, and strong analytical skills. A competitive salary based on experience is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting roles.
• Familiarity with IFRS standards and reporting requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and presentations, ensuring data consistency.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Support the development and rollout of the Group financial reporting calendar.
• Conduct variance analysis on budgets versus actuals and provide explanations.
