KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Finance function across multi-entity operations (UAE KSA Qatar India USA).
- Oversee accounting reporting budgeting and financial planning to ensure accuracy compliance and efficiency.
- Drive audits taxation treasury FX and risk management activities with zero delays or penalties.
- Manage cash flow collections payables and credit control to maintain strong working capital.
- Implement ERP and finance automation processes to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning cost optimization and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS VAT ESR UBO ZATCA and other statutory obligations.
- Lead mentor and develop finance teams while promoting collaboration and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA CA ACCA or CMA) mandatory; MBA preferred.
- 710 years of finance experience including 35 years in the GCC region.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Proven expertise in IFRS (especially IFRS 15) taxation transfer pricing treasury and FX.
- Strong background in multi-entity finance management and international compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel/Power BI.
- Demonstrated leadership analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Degree in Finance Accounting or related discipline.
- Ongoing professional development in international tax audit and financial governance.
- Continuous training in ERP and digital finance systems.
