Qualifications

• 7-12+ years expediting experience, preferably in EPCM, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement and engineering workflows.
• Knowledge of international logistics and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure project schedules are met.
• Conduct proactive expediting and resolve potential delays.
• Collaborate with teams to align material readiness with milestones.
• Prepare and maintain accurate expediting logs and reports.
