About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join Finance team for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
  • Verify and process invoices from Local and GCC Travel & Tour Operators, ensuring alignment with contracts and proper documentation.
  • Prepare and dispatch fortnightly statements with all supporting documents via courier or debt collectors and follow up on any missing paperwork immediately.
  • Manage debtor accounts by updating payment records in Solomon, posting journal entries for revenue adjustments, and maintaining accurate archives.
  • Handle collections and queries professionally, ensuring timely follow‑ups and escalating overdue accounts to the Finance or Credit Manager.
  • Participate in bi‑monthly meetings with Finance and Credit Managers to review aged balances and maintain a healthy debtor ledger.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Finance role within a 5‑star hotel environment, with exposure to accounts receivable and billing processes.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, especially Solomon, Opera or similar ERP platforms, and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to manage documentation, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with internal departments.
