Job summary

A high-growth fintech firm in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Compliance Officer & MLRO to lead their compliance and AML frameworks. You will own DFSA compliance responsibilities, enhancing and operationalising compliance structures. The role requires 10+ years of experience in compliance within DFSA-regulated entities, along with a solid ability to engage with regulators and leadership. If you have extensive expertise in AML/CFT and regulatory issues, you will drive a culture of accountability and be pivotal in guiding the firm's growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compliance, AML/CFT, or regulatory roles in financial services.
• Minimum 3 years in a DFSA-regulated firm in an in-house capacity.
• Hands-on experience managing DFSA frameworks and inspections.
