Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in post-contract administration within construction or real estate development.
• Familiarity with FIDIC (Red Book 1987/1999, Yellow Book 1999) and UAE Civil Code.
• Experience with reputed contractors or consultants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and obligations.
• Oversee monthly valuations and IPC processes.
• Manage the full variation order process, from technical and cost evaluation to final approval.
• Maintain a database of contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
