Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Proven experience in G+1 to G+4 residential buildings and villas

Strong knowledge of structural works, RCC, formwork, and finishing

Well-versed in Ajman / UAE Municipality regulations and approvals

Ability to manage site execution, contractors, and labor teams

Skilled in reading and interpreting structural & architectural drawings

Experience with BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material planning

Strong problem-solving and on-site decision-making skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project reporting

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
