Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the international luxury hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in Butler or Front Office Department.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, handle luggage and ensure room cleanliness.
• Anticipate customer needs and manage special requests.
• Take orders accurately and maintain knowledge of menu items.
• Carry out guest registration and cashiering tasks.
• Maintain organization of the Butler Pantry & Reception Desk.
