Job Summary: Our client is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development / Sales Professional to drive growth for our ISO certification services in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with SME owners, operations heads, and decision‑makers in regulated industries.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals independently.
  • Drive sales of B2B services in target sectors (construction, manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, healthcare, trading, and export‑oriented companies).
  • Maintain and expand a network of contacts in the UAE business community.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize deal closures for revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of UAE B2B services sales experience.
  • ISO certification, compliance consulting, or management‑systems background (or closely related professional services).
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals independently through direct negotiations.
  • Existing access to decision‑makers in regulated industries (SME owners, operations heads).
  • Preference for candidates who have personally closed ISO certification or compliance deals in the UAE.
