Role Summary

The Senior Associate – Financial Services & Program Delivery supports the delivery of Financial Services initiatives by coordinating project governance, delivery planning, and cross‑functional execution across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams. The role plays a key part in maintaining delivery discipline through strong project controls, clear communication, and effective coordination, while ensuring go‑to‑market readiness and smooth launch execution across all stakeholders.

Role Profile
  • Coordinate delivery planning and execution across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Technology teams
  • Maintain structured delivery plans, timelines, and prioritised workstream backlogs
  • Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating potential delays early
  • Support go‑to‑market and launch coordination across product, operational, and marketing activities
  • Ensure delivery governance through accurate documentation, reporting, and action tracking
  • Prepare clear status updates and delivery insights for stakeholders and leadership
  • Support project reviews, approvals, and delivery checkpoints to maintain discipline
  • Drive effective cross‑functional communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated consumer services preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to support business cases and formal documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management ability
